Founded in July 2002 by Andrew Jackson and John Bennett, design and implement (d&i) was a specialist regulatory consultancy, providing expert advice on the design, development, and regulation of competitive utility markets (primarily in the electricity and water sectors). For over 20 years  d&i worked for Government departments, regulatory bodies, central market operators, and market participants in Europe, Australia and Asia.

Since April 2024, we have decided to take an indefinite break from consulting activities through d&i to pursue alternative opportunities.   We would like to thank all those we’ve worked with over the past twenty-two years for their support.  We have always been great friends, and will remain so outside of d&i.
